This spa is owned and run by a very angry woman and it deffinitly shows in the atmosphere.
Also I agree with what someone else said about the "clutter" The spa is not well arranged, which causes the ambiance to be more stressfull then anything else.
They have had a couple good therapist there, but usually loose them within a few months (my guess would be due to said owner.)
Not to mention that I have called now TWO days in a row durring buisness hours and no one will answer the phone.
Not a particularly well run spa buisness in my oppinion.
