OCC as it is known locally is a wonderful community college. I have attended for classes of interest and also my college age kids have taken classes toward their degrees at OCC. First the campuses are located all over Oakland County and accessible to all. Some are in suburban locations and most are near major highways. The tuition while expensive, is much more reasonable than a four year school. The instructors are good and very broad in their experience and training. This is s great way to a high schooler to start college if their e not ready for a four year college.
