Penguin Windows provided an in depth presentation of their product. I didn't feel pressured. I was kept updated in the progress of their construction. On installation their staff was courteous to the nines, clean and neat at the close of the day, thorough and quick.
I did the house project over two years because of the price but it was well worth it. Even with the power price increases my utilities are down 40%.
