Rosie's is a great family Tex-Mex restaurant. They have great service and food. The chips and salsa are excellent. Also, you have to try the Mambo Taxi (for those of drinking age!) The restaurant has a great ambience to it. The only drawback is that it's crowded most of the time. Allow a wait time whenever you go.
