I needed new tires on my truck and immediately started shopping for tires online. I was thinking it would be most cost effective to order the tire online and have the tires shipped somewhere nearby.
I called the Kirkland store and they were able to match the price I got online... with shipping and so forth. I was really surprised. I'm always looking for a good deal, but I want quality first, I feel like I got both. I love my truck and they took great care of it and saved me a ton of time in the process. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle their.

We purchased a 2006 Jeep Wrangler from Robert Nelson in April 2009. It was painless! There was very little back and forth, he was honest and truly listened to what we were willing to spend and didn't try to fit us into something for more money. We felt we were given a very fair deal. We came in with our own great rate for financing but when we got to financing our finance guy found us an even lower rate. Our Jeep came with both a soft top and hard top, we didn't get around to putting the soft top up for a couple of months (hey, it's the Northwest!) when we did we found that the side and back windows were not the correct ones for our Jeep. We informed them and we now have the correct windows for our Jeep. This is by far the best experience we have ever had with an auto dealership. If you are looking for a dealership that values their relationships with their customers we would highly recommend Rairdon's of Kirkland!!!

Indeed the customer service is very good. The check up is pretty thourough - and they guaranty their work. After the appointment they followed up with couple of phone calls, to see if everything is OK and we are (still) happy with the work done. And we still are very happy with the work and with their customer service.

Thanks for the great service!! I took my car to this place, the mechanic took a test drive and knew the problem right away! I had been to two other places that could not figure it out. I left my car went to lunch and the car was finished within two hours. I would suggest you go here if you want your car fixed right, on time and on budget. I really like being able to talk to the mechanic also...Travis there is great!

After realizing that the shop I had been going to was totally ripping me off (they charged me $200 for diagnostics that 3 other reputable shops said would normally be about $80), a friend recommended Summer's Automotive. I spoke at length with Brian, the owner. He was very courteous and took the time to listen to me and explain some of the workings of my car. I had a serious problem- blown head gaskets. The other shop quoted me $2500 for the repairs.
Brian did all the work and more for $1700. He did a great job and I just got a good vibe from him, like he wasn't out to take advantage of me. He's been in business for 29 years and there's good reason!
I would highly recommend Summer's Automotive to anyone who wants quality work done for a reasonable price!

We took our A6 Avant to be tined and was very pleased with the results.
First thing Jay was very good at explaining the product and process and finding out what I wanted.
Jay and his crew were very meticulous in the application of tint.
The car was left clean and fingerprints left by another mechanic were cleaned off.
It's been nearly a year and I have had no problems.
Recommended.

I am glad I ended up at Eastside Subaru. After going to Chaplin's Subaru and Walker's subaru, I wasn't even sure I wanted a Subaru anymore after the terrible treatment I received. That changed when I arrived at Eastside Subaru - my salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. And I got a good deal. Not the treatment I expected from a dealer.
