I interviewed 5 different contractors, and requested 2 quotes from each one. One quote to just replace the storage water heater with a new similar tank, and another quote for the tankless water heater.
FAST Water Heater Company provided the most THOROUGH (to code) quotes that also just happened to be the lowest!
The customer service and work performed by the installers (Jeff Zimnisky & his assistant)was superb!. I would recommend them to all of my friends and clients.

I stop by this place anytime I am looking for a new piece of furniture for the house. I found my Eddie Bauer ($3500) four poster bed here for $600. They always have nice pieces at decent prices and every once in awhile they have extremely unique pieces at an even better price.
Definitely stop in to see what they have the next time you are looking for any piece of furniture for your house.

They always have different things, so it is like treasure hunting. I find it is a great place for gift shopping. Right now they have an entire aisle filled with Christmas stuff. I've had my knife sharpened at a lot of places -- and searched for sharpening that brought my knives back to their original performance when they were new. Epicurean Edge is the only place that I've ever found where the knives were MUCH sharper than they were when new . . . and the edge lasted a long time after having it done. They were not cheap, but by far the best I've found anywhere.
Pros: Extremely sharp knives, quick turn around (ready next day), very knowledgeable about knives
Cons: none that I could see

I just had the best experience with Tom, the mechanic, at Moss Bay Shell Repair. He was thorough, really seemed to know what he was doing (he's got over 25 yrs experience as a mechanic), was so easygoing and pleasant to interact with, he pointed out what needed to be fixed and what could wait - as well as what seemed to be working just right, the price for the oil change was way less than I'd been paying, and he seemed genuinely enthusiastic about working on my car and having a new customer. He seems to love what he does. As a newer business they could use all the promotion they can get, and I am glad to do it. I feel like I've finally found a mechanic I can trust who is also really close to where I live! It's just a plus that he seems like a really nice guy.

This store is fantastic! We were buying a house being built by a developer who used Crescent Lighting as a contractor. After a disappointing experience with the flooring contractor, we went to Crescent a bit skeptical. Fortunately this store was terrific. The sales associates were friendly and helpful. They were all more than willing to help us, and not just refer us the builder’s contact. They even suggested less expensive options without us having to inquire about them! One associate pointed out a fantastic deal on a floor model of an entryway fixture. We bought this $250 fixture for only $45 on clearance! Fantastic! I would return here a thousand times and would recommend it to anyone!

I have found that shopping for tile with these folks (there us a store on 1st ave south also) is very enjoyable. The prices are great and they have a good selection. They are knowledgable and can give good advise something I have not found at the box stores.
They also have a referal list of quality tile and stone installers.
