Pros - free parking, close to SF (esp. if you live on west side of town), several dining options nearby (Todai, Fuddruckers, Jamba Juice, etc.)
Cons - parking crowded, so you'll usually have to drive to top of the parking structure, matinee ends at 2pm on weekends, extremely crowded, lots of teenagers "hanging out".
