I am very excited that Kay Wiggins Jewelry finally moved into a more accessible and bigger building. Kay Wiggins carries a mice mix of classic and new, in-style items. I bought a purse there 2 ½ years ago and I still carry it everyday- now that is quality! This is a great place for bracelet charms and toe rings as well (in the summer that is!).
