I'm not sure who the bernice person is or was but I've been visiting the tire factory in kirkland now for about a year and every time I go in they are very accomodating and pleasant.
Dont be persuaded by the negative reviews. Dan and Aaron are great guys, you will not be disappointed; I know I wasn't!!
