Having 17 piercings and 4 tattoos I've, as it's said, "been around" to parlors. I can honestly say that Alley Cat is the best tattoo place I've been to. I was shocked to walk up the stairs and open the door to a bright, well lit, smoke-free environment. That alone made it well worth going to, but the people there are awesome and friendly and they make sure you are completely satisfied, no matter what it takes. They had a special from like 3-5 pm a 1/2 off deal, which was great! They had walls plastered with designs and 2 half-walled off sections; one for piercings and one for tattoos. The happy, smoke-free environment is so unique I really can't say enough about it and the people who work there.
