Had my Canadian passport pic taken. They claim be experts ("never had a passport rejected'). The picture they took did not the specs and I had to drive 50 minutes round trip (again) to have it corrected. I spoke with the owner and he confirmed that it was their mistake, but refused to provide any credit for my inconvenience. He was quite rude.
If there is a problem with your pictures, don't expect this place to work with you.
In addition, I have never seen such a filthy, messy studio. It feels like you are getting your mug shot, not a professional photo.
