The Best Restaurant in Atlanta 8/6/2005

After flipping through the most recent Zagat guide, I noticed that they gave this restaurant a perfect score of 32 for every category. I immediately called up and made a reservation, which was for a month ahead of the calling time. The reason was because they recieve such a huge influx of traffic, they have to make reservations months ahead of time! Well the day finally came and I was immediately filled with a sensory overload. The ambiance was amazinfly warming, although a bit loud, but the general feel was welcoming. Since ordering on the menu is pre-fix at a cost of around $65, my dinner consisted of Sauteed Hawaiian Blue Prawns With Vanilla and Saffron Butter, Wood Grilled Prime Tenderloin Of Beeth With Potato Puree, Granny Smith Apples With 4 Year Old Farmer's Gouda, and Warm Valhrona Chocolate Cake With Vanilla Bean. In between each course, a pallete cleanser was served, usually consisting of a variety of breads and wine/water, and everything overall was exceptionally satisfactory. I'd definitely recommend this, without a doubt, as the Best Restaurant in Atlanta to anyone more
