I got my wedding cake here and at least 2 cakes a year here. NOT ANYMORE!!! I recommended a friend to the bakery and they lied to us. They made a mistake and said they never recieved confirmation for a cake. They made the cake but did not add the picture. Then after leaving 4 un-replied to messages with manager NANCY...I decided to pay a personal visit to the bakery where I finally got to talk to her again. They said they called 636 instead of the 573 area code and left several messages to clear up the mixup. I called the number they had and it went straight to "sorry this is not a working number" Nice try MacArthurs! They had already called the number and spoke to me once. TAKE OWNERSHIP AND LEARN SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE! Dont lie! I will never recommend them again. Such an embarassment
