The dentist was great, but the staff is awful, I have called for over 3 months now to get approval from Medicaid for dentures. His teeth have been pulled now for 4 months. they say they are waiting for Medicaid, Medicaid states the dentist office didnt submit the correct paperwork, and still waiting.. This is awful customer service.\r
Why does it take so long, sure this not there first time. They do not call there patients back. The dentist really needs to get staff that knows what they are doing! There are not many Medicaid dentist's so we all suffer with bad service or a bad dentist!
