This organization is locally owned and operated and I like that. They treat you like their only client and that is hard to find. I also really like that they are willing to customize some when the situation warrants it. No ""one size fits all' plan for property owners and that is great for someone who doesn't own dozens of properties. Oh yeah and they are very competitive in price! Who doesn't like that. No more late night calls from tenants asking for the plumbing to be fixed. The team takes care of all of that!!! and...the property rental rate is awesome. Now it's empty ....now it's rented. Yippee!!
