In the process of purchasing a Honda from Lia Honda. Told by Finance person Dave DiCarlo that certain fees were waived. He even crossed them out from the paperwork right in front of me. Yet when one does the math and comes up with the final total. Those fees are in fact included in the final price. Which to me is lying to the customer, and assuming that the customer wouldn't figure it out. Unscrupulous way to do business. What happened to the ""Truth In Lending Policy"". Would Mr. DiCarlo like it if someone tried doing that to him or a member of his family. I guess the folks at Lia Honda have no integrity so long as they sell their vehicles! I mean they will lie right to your face. Sad.
