Possibly the worst customer service record in Austin. The son acts as he is really irrirtated to look up a part. They rebuilt a pwc for me and put two pistons in backwards. After they fixed it again, they told me not bring any warranty work unless I purchased it from them. How can they stay in business with such a bad attitude?
