I am 100% satisfied with the workmanship and service I received. Don was great to work with and explained all the options I had. In the end, his price was significantly lower than the BMW dealership so I would definitely use them again. I received great customer care, e.g., a ride home, status calls, my car got washed! and they said they would wait for me if I got stuck in rush hour when I was on my way to pick up the car. It doesn't get any better than that!
