Do not rent from these people. They rented my family a filthy house with exposed wiring in attic that laid an ADT technician out on the attic ground. They will deduct charges from your deposit for repairs you asked them to fix prior to move out. They will deduct repair items you listed immediately upon move in from your deposit. Awful business practices.
