The first time I went to Trim as a walk-in and received a great haircut: (long straight hair, 1"" trim, blowdry) and was happy to tip 20% on the $45 service. The hair dresser put product in my hair for the blowdry and my hair came out shiny, smooth and perfect.
Today I went back for the 2nd time for the same 1"" trim off of my long straight hair. The trim took all of 5 minutes and then the blow dry (no product put in my hair so the end result was fly-away!) and the cost this time was DOUBLE! Yes, $90 for the 5 minute trim & blowdry with no product! In shock I asked why and the receptionist said ""it's your 2nd visit"" like that was my punishment! I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone! No wonder it was empty on a Sunday afternoon! Had I known first time visits are 1/2 the price, I would just return with a different name every time! Now I'll never go back! What a terrible way to do business!
