My daughter and I were revisiting Ann's Bra Shop for the second time during her pregnancy- she is 8 months pregnant. I have shopped at Ann's for 25+ years and I have referred MANY customers. While my daughter was in the fitting room, Catherine walked by and asked how she was doing..I replied that she is miserable. She looked down at her watch and stated ""I should say so after 40 minutes with one customer...this is ridiculous""....I was shocked! Number one she had been in the fitting room for 10 minutes!! Number two, don't be in a CUSTOMER SERVICE industry if you can't be courteous to your customers. I was even more shocked to learn that the person who spoke to me so rudely was in fact the OWNER!! I really expected an apology before I left the store for such behavior- didn't happen.
