I read these reviews and could not wait to go here. I went and it was nothing like the reviews I read. There were some nice workers but then there were workers who treated you like crap. Especially when you did not ""tip"" them. I really could not believe that was expected. I have seen tipping at bingo but only at big bingo where you are winning five grand. Not at regular bingo. I certainly have never been treated like crap because I did not tip. I think the young ""lady"" who is he worst I think her name is CARA she is a real piece of work. I listened to her smart off to customers including me act like she was doing us a favor for being there. And generally just a poor excuse for an employee. I won with four winners on a night when the pay out was 49 dollars and she only paid me 8 dollars. Guess that was her cut since I did not tip her. Later in the evening another regular customer complained she was shorted and then Another regular customer had a pay out of a dollar fifty and she only gave her a dollar the woman said hey where is my fifty cents and she was like I AM GOING TO GET CHANGE I DONT HAVE ANY ON ME!!! Hmmm well I wonder if that's what she was thinking every time she short paid me... which was more than once. What the hell is that short pay on damn 1.50 game give me a break. I am sure if you tried to short pay for your sheets they would not go for that. I tried to find out who owned the bingo online with no luck. The owner should spend a little more time there at the very least maybe put a complaint box out I am sure he would be surprised with the amount of complaints. At the very they may understand the poor turn out. Who wants to go to bingo to be treated like crap, disrespected and shortchanged?
