This is the best eye care center ever! The doctor I see is Laurel Gropper and she is excellent at her job. She stays up on all current technology, constantly updates the eye exam and is very personable to be around. She takes the time to explain everything for you and is interested in your health. We've never had problems here and she has been quick to see us in the event of an emergency. Please consider this practice if you are looking for a new eye care center.

I had my tubal reversal surgery in 2001 with Dr. Berger. My family was skeptical for me to travel from Iowa to North Carolina to have a surgery with a doctor I had never met in person. But I knew in my heart from the webpage, phone conversation, and watching their video, that this is where I needed to go for this surgery. My experience with Dr. Berger and his staff was nothing but wonderful and exceeded my expectations. Both Dr. Berger and his nurses were wonderful and very caring and you could tell they wanted this for me as much as I did. Dr. Berger even took the time to "fix" my c-section scar as it was a huge keloid formation and he made it look so nice and smooth. His nurse came to the hotel the next morning to make sure everything was going and sat and visited for along time with me.
I did have 3 m/c's and one ectopic pregnancy but I would email with Dr. Berger and his nurses and they were so kind and gave me the direction I needed. Finally in December 2008 after thinking I would never get pregnant, we got a Christmas surprise. I emailed Dr. Berger right away and again he gave the direction I needed. In August 2009, I delivered Lanie Grace. Words cannot express how thankful I am to Dr. Berger and his staff for making her possible. In today's world we get so quick to decide we are done having children not knowing the path our life with take. Thankfully Dr. Berger is a caring and skilled doctor who can take that decision and change it to give us that miracle baby.

This is THE place to stay while visiting Chapel Hill. Walking distance to the downtown bustle on Franklin and located on campus- you will be right in the middle of everything! Friday afternoons- they have a band and drinks- great place to gather with friends! The hotel is ELEGANT!! Lots of weddings, and formal events are hosted here. Overall, this place is awesome!!

Anna White (FNP) is absolutely the best! I have referred friends and colleagues to her because I've been so impressed. For the last ten years, I have had a good experience in going to the doctor. She - unlike most medical personnel - takes the time to listen to me, address all of my questions & concerns, and remembers even the smallest details of my life from one visit to the next. I have two small children and have always loved this practice. Dr. Mauney has done a filling on my 5 year old son and he was both considerate and understanding. I have always loved the care my family has received in this practice and feel that it is quite evident that both Dr. Mauney, Dr. Clifton and their staff love their patients and want what is best for them.

I was pleased overall with my experience at Chapel Hill Family Medicine. Dr. Tobin was very friendly and made my visit very comfortable. They were easy to make an appointment with. They worked with me on an issue with my insurance card. They took blood to run a test and they were very understanding about my fear of needles! The rooms are a bit drab, but overall- this is a pleasant place for a doctor's visit!

When we had our first choice, I was nervous about choosing a pediatrician. When we met with Dr. Wyndham at Chapel Hill Children's Clinic, I was put at ease.
The doctors at the practice have always treated us with respect and concern. In addition to normal office hours, they offer extended hours every day of the week.
They have seen my family through quite a few illnesses and I have never doubted their capability once. Now they are about to move to Southern Village which will bring them more room to serve patients (and closer to our home!).

One person on this site seems to give the thumbs down to AS for not helping with her insurance situation. I am sure that was a frustrating situation and I am sure there are many sides. I am writing to give my review on this clinic from a pateints perspective. Having gone through a Rhino/Ceptoplasty I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly, Shannon the patient coordiantor was such a help. She took care of all the details and made sure I was prepared for pre/post op. Dr.Finn did an amazing job on my nose and being able to breath has given me a quality of life much greater than I had before. They worked with me and my insurance company with out any issues at all. Thank you Aesthetic Solutions!!
Pros: Wonderful staff. Amazing Surgeon (Dr.Finn)
Cons: Honestly can't think of any.
