I am a recurring customer that uses Lower East Side Car service at least once or twice a week, but not anymore. Jose from dispatch has to be the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Their drivers like to hit on female passengers instead of paying attention to the road. Their prices change constantly, and half the time the drivers will say they know where they are going but drive you around in circles basically wasting your time. There are so many other car services in the downtown area that blow Lower East Side Car service away. \r
