The Breakers Resort in Denver; do not move there!! The grounds are not kept up, and the maintenance problems are not addressed. The lady at Boundary bay eats all day and looks like a hooker so her desire to help residents is very little. The rats are everywhere and never picked up. Forbid if it snows they take days to clear walks and getting to trash bins are near to impossible due to ice. Many vacancies but they are filled quickly in most cases as many still believe that since they have amenities that its a great place to live. My wife and kids have hated this nightmare and just moved. Wow what a dive and they also have lower rated apartments and the trash they allow in is crazy. Run and don't look back, don't start your 2012 wrong.
