I was ""lured"" in by a fancy advertisement. I should have known better. When I got to the office and there were unsavory characters outside, I should have known better. When there wasn't any nearby parking, I should have known better. When I went into the waiting room that was very dated, you get the idea. Then when I thought I would be seeing Dr. Carp and some other doctor stepped in, I knew that this was the wrong place for me. Poor broken english and all. I needed an implant, they don't do that, they have someone come in to do them. Then the price! YOUCH! In the ghetto with facilities to boot! NO THANK YOU DR. CARP.
