I have been to Sach's a few times, and I have never had anything but a stellar experience. Every employee I've encountered has been friendly and professional. My favorite thing about the staff here is their ability to make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in, and they are knowledgeable about the merchandise. As previous reviewers have said, it's easy to find yourself in the store for a long period of time browsing the different pieces of jewelry and talking with the staff. There is always something new to check out here, and that's something that is great to see at a jewelry store. I will continue to do business with Sachs for years to come!
