The tech didn't replace a gasket on my oil filter and I had a slow oil leak that led to a seized engine. The manager admitted fault but yet it took two weeks and multiple phone calls on my part before my car was repaired. Despite the $3000 I paid out of pocket to m mechanic, I was only reimbursed $2300. In addition I paid $60 out of pocket for the rental they ""provided"" to me via enterprise rent a car for three days. No one ever even apologized or treated us as customers whose business they valued at all. Stay far away! AAA on Sam Furr Rd. is cheaper and they guarantee their work.
