I brought in my vehicle, indicating the A/C would work when I started it, but then quit. Rod apparently is experienced and knowledgable, but I don't think he does the work anymore, just management. And he has trained his daughter, who takes the payments, to speak well with the mechanical jargon; I am sure this engenders trust among the women clients. Unfortunately, his actual mechanics are young and friendly, but don't perform as hoped for. I will elaborate.
