Being that this is the only place in the Akron area solely dedicated to the trailering needs of pickup truck owners, it's hard to go elsewhere due to their selection of trailers, towing equipment, plows, etc. What I can't stand is some the salesman's attitudes if you ask more than two questions on a product....they act kind of like, "You should know this already moron." Especially the Grisly Adams looking guy in the service department who adds a new twist to the prevailing attitude...... "hurry up so I can go back to my coffee."
