It is not worth what you pay in rent. The parking is horrible. Visitors get better parking than residents. It is so loud on the weekends. There are residents that leave there dogs in the balcony and they bark all day and night and when you complain nothing gets done. Maintenance crew is fantastic. I can put in a call and it gets done with in hours. It has good storage in the apt and the bathrooms are really spacious and nice. When they moved us in the carpets were disgusting we had to steam clean them right away.
