Used Capitol Loans for an FFL transaction. Best rate in town ($25). Every employee I interacted with was professional and courteous. They were also prompt about calling me. My only complaint (and the only reason I'm not saying ""5 Stars"") is that someone made a clerical error when they tagged and stored my item. I was presented with someone else's item when I came in to pick up. It didn't really matter (since it's not like I could have walked off with someone else's stuff and disappeared), but I place a lot of value attention to detail.
