Their service department is horrible. I've made the mistake of going back numerous times, because it was a convenient location for me. On two of my simple oil changes, they did not install my oil filter correctly, and oil leak out all over my driveway. They did recall work twice, and the recall work needed to be recalled after they called themselves fixing it. Bottom line is their work is comparative to a self-taught backyard mechanics, and if you have time to keep taking your vehicles back to there to keep fixing a problem (that they are not qualified to do period), then this is the service shop for you. As for me they could not even put washer fluid in my vehicle, cause they would undoubtedly mess that up. I own a 2009 Dodge Ram, I bought new, and this shop has made the experience of owning it a real life NIGHTMARE!!
