I think Wayne at DRW Transmission & Auto Care goes out of his way to do his work. One thing that caught my attention is that he says what he does. This was reaffirmed by Carl. When Wayne says he'll do an appointment as quickly as he can, he does it, and more often than not, it is done sooner than anticipated. The integrity at DRW Transmission & Auto Care is extremely high. So far this has been with all the mechanics there. Wayne's one of those guys that I can trust. He's trustworthy and clean, and gives the honest scoop. I listen to Wayne on the phone with other people and if he doesn't tell someone something, it is because he doesn't know until he does the actual work. Thank the lord for finding Wayne and Carl at DRW Transmission & Auto Care! My brother goes there and I wouldn't go anywhere else!
