I am very dissatisfied with the service I received recently... on Thursday 10/13/11 @ 11 a.m. I dropped off an RX for a blood pressure cuff (for increased b/p which needed to be monitored thru out the day) which was covered under my insurance (United Healthcare) as per your staff. Unfortunately, the cuff was not in stock and would be ordered and ready on Friday 10/14... however, the paperwork was never processed by your staff and your staff could not find the cuff until Sunday 10/16. On Sunday, your staff member Lauren told me that Jerry's still could not find the cuff/paperwork and that the bookkeeper still had the RX and paperwork and did not put it into the system.... I asked to speak with the pharmacist and Lauren informed me that the pharmacist did not deal with such matters and was reluctant to have me speak with Debbie... I gently insisted to speak with her... eventually Debbie answered my call and miracously found the cuff and paperwork off of the bookkeeper's desk. Debbie offered to enter the insurance information into the system. Then Lauren called me back and told me that the I would have to pay for the b/p cuff and the bookkeeper would enter the information on Monday 10/17 and I would have to wait for reimbursement.... I had my husband pick up my RX and had it filled with no problem at another medical/surgical supply store within the area.... I would like a copy of my comments to be forwarded to the owner of Jerry's Drug store Mr. Michael Bolugo for his reply... P.S. I was told by Lauren that Michael was on vacation and would not be able to reply at this time..... I am very dissatisfied with the store service..... more
