This school is designed to make money, that's it! This is what I know about the Art Institute and these new "for-profit" colleges: they should be avoided at all cost. An associates degree from this school would have cost me between $38,000 to $50,000...for and associates degrees! Chattahoochee Tech, Atlanta Tech, and Gwinett Tech would all charge about $6000 for the same degree....Hope and Pell Grants would completely cover tuition at these technical colleges and the students would even get a refund!. \r

I already had a B.S degree when I applied to the Art Institute but I had always wanted to study culinary arts. So when I applied, they told me that I would need a maximum student loan and I would still need to pay about $300 a month out of pocket to be a student there! WTF?!.....After that, they gave me some financial paper work for a $10K private loan with a 12% interested rate...I have never taken out a school loan with more that a 4% interest rate, so this made me very conce
