Although BCBG has beautiful clothing, the employees make me not want to set foot in the store again. I spent over $500 in the store for a dress for my daughter and the clerk...I'm sorry the MANAGER...acted as though I didn't belong there. Really? How exactly do you decide who should or shouldn't shop at your store? Why my daughter have to wait 45 minutes for a dressing room although shoppers who came AFTER we were already there and waiting went first? Why was the manager on my heels while I was browsing and taking items out of my hands as I looked at them? I'll jut say it...why were all the white customers receiving assistance but when I actually needed help the manager made herself scarce...she suddenly needed to assist elsewhere.
Oh did I mention that she took the dress my daughter chose from me while she looked for shoes? THEN gave me an estimate of the total cost at checkout BEFORE ringing it up and asked...""do you need something cheaper before I ring it up..."" EXCUSE ME??!
In this century...the new millennium...people are still so ignorant. I'm actually tempted to never shop there again but I know for a fact that when my baby girl asks for something else I'll give it to her. Next time, I will NOT go to the location in the HOUSTON GALLERIA. The manager there should be fired! She's lucky I'm not completely stupid and decided to pursue this thing legally. Last time I checked discrimination was illegal here in the United States of America! I've worked hard over the last 15 years building my business only to be insulted buying a FIVE HUNDRED DOLLAR dress for my baby girl by some self absorbed sales girl!
