I lost my Mercedes key in Redondo Bch on a Monday afternoon. After searching and asking everyone I could I called AAA & had my car towed to Mercedes of South Bay. I spoke to Jason in the parts dept and he ordered me a new key and without me asking offered to have it over nighted at no extra charge as it had to come from Texas. My car was towed there almost at closing on a Monday and I had my new key before noon on Wed. I was allowed to leave my car there at no charge as well. Excellent service, very polite and friendly.
