The employees are very friendly & willing to work for you to get the best insurance rate possible. The nice thing is that they have many different insurance companies that they work with, so they can get you as many rate quotes as you're looking for. They are quick in changing your policy if you have added a new car. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you're in the market for insurance for a car or your home.

I know sometimes when I need a little extra money for an emergency I can always count on the professional people at the money tree to help me out. The first time you borrow from them it takes about 30 minutes to complete the application and verification but after that if you need to do it again you can be in and out in 5 minutes. Even though the interest rate of payback is a little high, but it beats not being able to pay that bill or not having the money for an emergency.

I called them to get an insurance quote and instead of waiting on hold forever I taken care of right away and was given a quote within 10 minutes. When the quote came back I was suprised on how low it was and immediately decided to get the insurance. I drove down to the office and the staff was so friendly and helpful I was overwhelmed. I was asked if I wanted some coffee as I waited for my paperwork. This is a first class business.

Although there aren't many branches in the area the staff is very friendly and helpful with every customer. We trust them with all of our business! Their website is organized and very easy to use. I would definately recommend them to anyone looking for a banking institution where the customer still matters and still has an opinon!

When we bought our last truck, my husband and I financed through Idaho Central Credit Union They had the best rate that we could find, and it was easy. When I later visited a branch to make a payment, I was happily surprised. There wasn't a big long line to see a teller, there wasn't only one teller working while others 'looked busy' in the back ground, they just were ready to help with a smile. I soon found out that their loan rates weren't the only benefit to be found here. They have a great free-checking account, and you even get a coupon/discount card to use. everything offered here was a good deal. I plan on moving my checking accounts to this financial institution soon (as soon as I soon my current supply of checks from my previous place.) The staff was super friendly and offered lots of advice, too.

Jim Bussey is the agent at this particular branch, and he is a very nice guy. I've been with them since around 2002, and every claim I've filed has been quickly resolved. I personally have had two auto comprehensive claims, and my family has had two home claims, all of which were handled very quickly and professionally. Tammy is who I usually work with, and she is also a great agent, very quick and courteous. I will be staying with State Farm for a long time to come.

We have banked at Capital Educators Federal Credit Union for over 12 years. We have also secured car loans and RV loans from Capital Educators. It is a great local credit union. Over the last few years, they have increased their locations throughout the Treasure Valley, making it more and more convenient to bank there. Their service is excellent and their rates are very good as well.
