I've been going to Minato for 20+ years and they never disappoint. The sushi is fresh and creative. I'll drive clear across town for it! Try some off the menu sushi like the Seven Star (fabulous!) or the scallop salad. I bring all the sushi fans here that I know and they love it, too.
