Hooters has the worst customer service and it starts with the manager he was so rude to me and wouldnt listen to what i had to say. I was put on hold for 10 minutes and had to hang up and call back to see if the phone worker got my order. The manager had no care in the world he said he was in the office and didnt know what was going on in the carryout and to top it off he didnt say sorry once. lets give hooters and round of applause for having horrible customer service and hiring mean managers to run their restaurant.
