I had to re-schedule my party - and even though it was the smallest cake - Cathy's was more than accomodating - they re-scheduled my cake and it was truly amazing - Peach Amaretto!\r

Beware - there are other knock-off companies that claim to make a rum cake just like Cathy's! One even mimicked their logo. They can't! Not in taste or design. They Never use fondant or buttercream - any company that says they do and they make a cake just like Cathy's is a knock-off.\r
