I have used Cathy's Rum Cakes Caterers For 26 Years! They have always exceeded my expectations. Big Or Small Cakes They have always been excited to design and make my cakes. I just picked up one of their over-the-top cakes - the smallest 6 inch. You might see it on their website - the ""Arizona"" Birthday cake with the cacti!\r

I had to re-schedule my party - and even though it was the smallest cake - Cathy's was more than accomodating - they re-scheduled my cake and it was truly amazing - Peach Amaretto!\r

Beware - there are other knock-off companies that claim to make a rum cake just like Cathy's! One even mimicked their logo. They can't! Not in taste or design. They Never use fondant or buttercream - any company that says they do and they make a cake just like Cathy's is a knock-off.\r

This isn't Ace of Cakes or Cake Boss - this is way Superior - This is Cathy's Rum Cake Caterers - 100% cake and a whipped cream masterpiece. How Cathy can make whipped cream look like fondant is a miracle!\r
