I was very happy with the staff at the Fredericksburg office, they were always nice and professional. On may 13 I called the Schertz office because I had to leave town for work and missed my shots, so I spoke with the owner of the office and told her what happened and I wanted to know what I had to do to get back on track. She said what did I want her to do about it, who's fault was it and did I expect my money back. After being talked to like that by the owner I will never go to either office again. So Miss owner thanks for being such a .....
Cons: The owner acted like a real b...and lost a customer!!!!!!!
