I work nearby and have been several times - they use great coffee, but the shot quality varies greatly depending on the barista and given nearby competition, I find the prices a bit high. This last time was the limit, though. I ordered an iced Americano with not a lot of water and watched as they poured cold coffee from an urn behind the counter over a glass of ice. Iced coffee - weak, watery, and totally not what I ordered. Also about a buck less in price than I had paid. ""Here's your Americano,"" she lied. She didn't even bat an eye. I'm never going back.
