We are only having a 6 month engagement so we rushed to start planning. We went to Stephanie's because my mother swears by the place... I think she bought her dress there. I found bridesmaid dresses in a perfect color! We were informed we needed to get the bridesmaids in ASAP to be fitted so they could order the dresses since it takes almost 3 months to arrive. The girls made it in within a week or 2 for fittings. The deposits were placed promptly to give time for the dresses to arrive and to allow time for alterations, and ours were a little tricky.
About 6 weeks later I get a call from there with a mix up about ordering... it was a pain but not a big deal... what I'm more concerned with is exactly why it took 6-8 weeks from those deposits to place my order!!! Don't brides have have enough to worry about without stressing over if the dresses will arrive and be altered in time for the wedding?!
Pros: some nice dresses. free alterations. good hrs.
Cons: Small selection. ordering issues.
