We were very excited when my cousin gave birth to a baby boy. We wanted to celebrate the occassion by sending a beautiful floral arrangement. I left the details of the arrangement to the clerk and left specific instructions to give me lots of blue and baby parafanalia. I was so dissapointed and embarresed to see the floral arrangement that was delivered to the hospital on my behalf. I called the store and talked to the manager. He not only delivered to the hospital the floral arrangement that I ordered but alowed my cousin to keep the original one. I will support Vandersalms again. Thank you so much Matt.
