I would not recommend ANYONE to use this place. Their customer service is the absolute worst! I was promised my t.v to be returned to me within 7-10 ten days and it ended up taking over 3 weeks! They did not call me one time during that three weeks to let me know the status of my t.v. When I first took my t.v into Bond, I was given a price quote. Three days later when I called Mr. Bond (the owner) he tried to tell me a price quote over $100.00 more than what he had originally promised me. When I brought this to his attention he acted very non-shelant about it (and very unprofessional) like he had no idea what he was talking about in the first place. I had to call them a total of 6 times and find out any of the information that I needed, due to the fact that they would never call and update me. They did not ever update anything in their computer system, so any time that I called, if someone different answered the phone I was always back to square one because the employees never knew the status of my t.v or anything that I had discussed with the last person I spoke to previously. Every time I called I was told by an employee that they would figure out the problem and call me back however; I never received a call back EVER from ANYONE that worked at Bond. They were extremely difficult to communicate with and refused to compensate me for the extended time they took in fixing my t.v or their poor customer service. This place is a pathetic excuse for an Austin business and needs to stop wasting people's time and money. DONT BOTHER! more
