No issue with calls or the front desk for me. In fact it's fun to go in for my appointments. Any time they have had to cancel they have gotten me in as quickly as possible.
I adore Balance PT. The level of expertise of the PTs is amazing! Being very athletic I have had a number of injuries over the years and I can say that no other clinic is even close to the type of care I have received here. I have also sent a number of friends to this clinic with excellent results. If you want to be healthy this is the place to go.
