This was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had! Be warned if you go that you will spend 5 dollars for a single cup of lukewarm coffee that will not be refilled. We were visiting friends in Providence and wanted to go out for dessert. We tried going to another well known place that unfortunately was closed for vacation. We thought we would give it a try. Little did we know that we were about to be robbed! $12.50 for a single piece of mediocre cake??? Ridiculous. The bill ended up being $65 for 4 desserts and two coffees and two waters that weren't even tended to. They also don't take cards! Even in the most upscale restaurants, desserts aren't that much! And this place is a dump! We paid our bill but had to question the price to our waiter. He said that it was an "upscale dessert restaurant" and those were the prices. There wasn't even a kitchen! The desserts were taken from the front table that were sitting there for I don't know how long. We were the only table in there. We should've gone with our gut and left right when we sat down.
